Leviticus
10:3
Then
Moses said unto Aaron, This is it that the
LORD
spake, saying, I will be sanctified in them
that
come nigh me, and before all the people
I
will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace.
doing as He will -- in His supremacy,
commanding as He pleases -- in His wisdom,
disposing of His creatures to secure His design -- in His grace,
saving an innumerable company of the lost and wretched,
to sound His praise for ever -- in His goodness,
supplying the wants of all His creatures, though in rebellion against Him -- in His justice,
punishing the daring impenitent offender.
Lord,
turn the stream of nature's tide;
Let
all our actions tend
To
Thee their source; Thy love the guide;
Thy
glory be the end;
In
all we think, or say, or do,
Thy
glory may we still pursue.
