P U R I T Y
Purity in general refers to bring
free from sin. Certainly this is one outstanding characteristic of Jesus’ life.
Jesus has asked us to follow Him in word, deed and thought. Although we are not
perfect, we can discipline ourselves to be godly. The lust of the flesh is one
of the greatest temptations that people are confronted with. Today, sexual
immorality is all but culturally acceptable. But neither God nor His commands
of right and wrong have changed. Purity among Christians is still a great
virtue and much to be desired.
