"There is no conspiracy... there is no conspiracy"

Here is video footage showing the supreme leader of Australia and a few days later, his counterpart in Canada giving the SAME EXACT SPEECH in support of the US invasion of Iraq. Word for word.

These aren't two low level functionaries at work. Theoretically, they're heads of sovereign states...theoretically.

Questions:

* Who wrote this speech and why?

* How, mechanically, did it get into the hands of these two, and why would they fell compelled to deliver it on such an important topic?

* If all heads of state are going to read the same speech when major events transpire, we already have a New World Order, effectively, don't we?

Or maybe it has just arrived a bit early in Australia and Canada. Judge for yourself.
